Today, upon application by the Prosecutor General and after the Spanish judiciary, on July 19, 2018, had relinquished the right to Puigdemont’s extradition, the I. Senate for Criminal Matters of the Oberlandesgericht for the State of Schleswig-Holstein revoked the extradition arrest warrant against the former Catalan regional president Carles Puigdemont.
